These terms govern the rights and obligations of users of the Xandrioveltaqm platform operated by Xandrioveltaqm s.r.o.
1. Introductory provisions
The xandrioveltaqm.com platform facilitates crowdfunding investments into real estate projects in the Slovak Republic. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Registration and verification
Investing requires registration and successful identity verification (KYC) and a suitability assessment under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.
3. Investment risks
Investing into real estate projects entails the risk of partial or total loss of the investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Before investing, carefully read the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS).
4. Fees
The platform charges an intermediation fee of up to 1.5% of the invested amount and 0.5% per year for portfolio administration. The current fee schedule is available in your user account.
5. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted in writing to our registered office or electronically to support@xandrioveltaqm.com. We will resolve complaints within 30 days.
6. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers have the right to refer the dispute to the Slovak Trade Inspection (alternative dispute resolution body), P. O. Box 29, Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of the Slovak Republic.
8. Effective date
These terms enter into force on 1 January 2026.
