This policy describes how Xandrioveltaqm s.r.o. (the “Controller”) processes the personal data of visitors to the xandrioveltaqm.com website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
1. Controller
The controller is Xandrioveltaqm s.r.o., registered office at Einsteinova 24, 851 01 Bratislava, Company ID: 56 482 731, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava III, section Sro, file no. 178294/B.
2. Data we process
We process your name, surname, email address, technical data (IP address, device identifier) and behavioural data on our website to the extent necessary for providing our services.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data for the purpose of sending the newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent), performing contractual duties (point b), legitimate interest in traffic analytics (point f) and compliance with legal obligations (point c).
4. Retention
We retain personal data for the duration of your consent, no longer than 5 years. After consent is withdrawn we erase the data without delay unless this conflicts with legal duties.
5. Recipients
Data may be provided to IT service processors, email service providers and public authorities to the extent required by law. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and to withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to privacy@xandrioveltaqm.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
